This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Penny AI Technologies, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), along with its affiliates and related entities, and how we handle personal information that we collect through the Trnd.io website and platform (“Site ”), and any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services ”).
We collect personal information pertaining to (i) our Site visitors, (ii) any user of the Services that sells physical products through the Services, (“Brand ”), (iii) any user of the Service as authorized by the Brand to act as their intermediary (“Seller ”), and individual users who purchase goods using the Services (“Customer ”) (collectively, “you”, “your” or “Users ”).
Personal Information We Collect Users may provide information about themselves or about other Users of the Services (e.g. , Brands may provide information about their Sellers). This personal information we collect may include (“Personal Information ”):
Contact details , such as your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, phone number, and social media handles.Account and profile information , such as the username and password you use to access our Services and any information you upload to your profile.Payment and transaction information needed to complete payments and transactions with us and other Users of the Services. This information may include purchase history, payment card information, and billing and shipping information. Payment card information is processed either directly by Brands or by our payment service provider, Stripe, which may handle your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We do not have access to your full payment card information.User Communications include communications we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.User Materials include any and all photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, data, information, feedback, suggestions, text, and other materials that Users upload, post, deliver, provide or otherwise transmit or store in connection with or relating to the Services.User Chats include any and all User chats, conversations, or communications using the chat feature offered through the Services (“Chat Feature ”). The type of Personal Information processed by using the Chat Feature include your text messages, User identifiers, name, email, User Materials such as profile picture, IP address, use and access metadata such as your IP address, timestamp, or other.Usage information , such as information about how you use the Services and interact with us, including information associated with any content you upload to the Services or otherwise submit to us, and information you provide when you use any interactive features of the Services. To provide the Chat Feature: We will use your Personal Information to provide you with the Chat Feature through the Services.

It is in our legitimate business interests to use personal information to respond to your requests, provide customer support, and communicate with you about our Services, including by sending announcements, in-app notifications, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
Improve, monitor, personalize, and protect our Services . It is in our legitimate business interests to improve and keep our Services safe for our users, which includes:

Other Users of the Services, in order to facilitate transactions and other interactions on our platform. For example, we may share a Consumer’s contact and shipping information with a Brand to facilitate the Consumer’s purchase from the Brand through an Influencer’s storefront. This Privacy Policy does not apply to users’ subsequent use of your information.
Affiliates. Our affiliated companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Service providers.
- We may, from time to time, employ or engage third party service providers to provide us with services or to perform tasks on our behalf. You will find the list of our authorized Service Providers here (“Service Providers ”). These Service Providers may require disclosure of your Personal Information allowing them to provide their services to us or to fulfill their contractual duties. Also, to augment the Services from time to time, we may make available, integrate with, incorporate or embed third party features, functionalities, sites, technology, content, databases, search capabilities or any other resources that are provided or otherwise made available by our Service Providers (“Third Party Services ”).

Our Services may contain links to, access to, integrate with other websites, tools, and other online services operated by third parties. We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration and destruction of Personal Information we maintain. Children
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information through the Services from a child under 16 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.

Communications sent through the Chat Feature are retained in accordance with any applicable law.
With respect to the User Chat through the Chat Feature, please note that we do not retain a copy of the same. Your chat communications will be stored by the Service Provider who shall retain such records as required by law.
Job Applicants
When you visit the careers portion of our websites, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes but is not limited to business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history and other information of the type that may be included in a resume. This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We use this information on the basis of our legitimate business interests to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, to monitor recruitment statistics and to respond to surveys.
